Policies

The time you scheduled is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed, or cancelled with insufficient notice, we are unable to fill the vacancy, causing financial impact to the business.

Reschedules and Cancellations

The client must give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any late cancellation/reschedule that falls under 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be charged a 10% late fee.

The fee will charge the card that is on the client's file on the day of the original appointment. If the charge cannot be processed, then the client will be responsible to pay the late fee before they can book any service again.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time will result in either a rescheduling or cancellation and be subject to the 30% no-show fee.

No-Show

If the client does not show up to their appointment at the scheduled time, they will be given a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes past the scheduled service time, the client will be considered a no-show resulting in a cancellation and charged the 30% no-show fee.

Referral Program

If you refer a new client, they will receive $10 off their service for mentioning your name. After their completed service, you will also receive a $10 referral discount on your next appointment as a thank you.

 

*Discounts cannot be stacked. Only one discount may be used per service or sale.
